The 2,717 feet tall, 162-story masterpiece 'Burj Khalifa' needs no introduction. The Architects and developers of the world's tallest structure knew it had to withstand the harsh desert climate. This meant that excellent performance was essential. They combined cutting-edge technology with high-quality materials to succeed, and Atlas Marbles was privileged to be a part of this project. In 2008, we supplied grey quartzite at the ultra-exclusive, premier Armani Luxury Apartments in Burj Khalifa. These residences are more than simply places to live; they are art in their own right.
Talk about luxury palaces or royal residences, and the Zabeel Palace sits at the top of many lists. the majestic castle is one of the famous Dubai Landmarks and among the must-visit places in Dubai. In 2014, we supplied granite to construct the pavings of the Zabeel Palace. The supply was an assortment of various colours, flamed and brushed, for the 8 cm thick pavings and also the 15 cm thick kerb stones for the 300-metre pathway to the main entrance.
With over 18,464 students living on campus, the University of Sharjah is one of the largest residential universities in the Middle East. The spectacular campus is designed to perfection, and different high-quality materials have been used to construct multiple facilities. In 2015, Atlas Marbles collaborated with the Architectural team of the university to fulfill their granite needs. We provided Royal Cream and Dessert brown granite to several buildings of the university.
Al Wasl Plaza, also known as the centre of Expo 2020 Dubai, is a visual spectacle for visitors due to its massive dimensions; it has a 130-metre-wide, 67.5-metre-tall domed structure that serves as a 360-degree laser projection screen, making it the largest of its type. In 2019, our team supplied granite to contribute to this architectural masterpiece for its landscaping work; we supplied Black Beauty Granite in particular.
